Stain & Odour Removal Sydney
Advanced enzyme-based treatments for pet urine, red wine, coffee, grease, and deep-set odours that standard cleaning can't budge. Emergency appointments available.
When Regular Cleaning Isn't Enough
Some stains and odours are resistant to conventional carpet cleaning. Pet urine, for example, soaks through carpet fibres into the backing and underlay, where bacteria break down the uric acid and produce the distinctive, persistent ammonia smell. Surface-only cleaning doesn't reach the source.
Our enzyme-based treatment targets these organic compounds directly — breaking them down at a molecular level rather than masking the smell with fragrance. The result is genuine odour elimination, not temporary suppression.
Similarly, red wine, coffee, blood, and grease stains that have been allowed to set — or that have been partially treated with DIY products — require professional-grade spotting agents and the right technique to remove without damaging fibres.
We offer emergency same-day service for fresh spills, where fast treatment dramatically increases the chance of full removal. Call us immediately if it just happened.

The Benefits
Enzyme-Based Science
Our treatments use biological enzymes that break down organic compounds at a molecular level — the only real way to eliminate pet odour permanently.
Emergency Same-Day Service
Fresh spills have a much higher removal rate. Call us immediately and we'll come the same day — the faster, the better.
Cheaper Than Replacement
Professional stain removal is a fraction of the cost of replacing carpet or upholstery. We can achieve results that will genuinely surprise you.
How It Works
Assessment
We identify the stain type, age, and extent of penetration before selecting the appropriate treatment — no guesswork.
Treat & Extract
Apply enzyme or specialist spotting agent, allow dwell time, agitate gently, then extract thoroughly with hot water.
Verify & Deodorise
We check under UV light for any remaining traces, then apply deodorising treatment. No charge for stains we can't remove.
Frequently Asked Questions
We can remove the vast majority of stains — including many that appear permanent. However, stains that have been chemically altered (e.g. bleached by disinfectant), heat-set by a hot iron, or degraded by incorrect DIY treatment may be partially or fully permanent. We'll give you an honest assessment before starting and won't charge for stains we cannot remove.
Pet urine soaks through carpet into the backing and underlay. If only the surface is cleaned, the uric acid crystals in the lower layers remain. When humidity rises (e.g. after steam cleaning with insufficient treatment), they reactivate and the odour returns. Our enzyme treatment penetrates to the source to break them down completely. For severe contamination, treatment of the underlay may also be needed.
For fresh spills, blotting (never rubbing) with cold water is a safe first step. However, avoid using common household products like white vinegar, bi-carb soda, or supermarket stain removers on carpet — many of these can set the stain or chemically damage fibres, making professional removal much harder. For anything other than cold water blotting, call us first.
Yes. We offer emergency same-day appointments for fresh spills where fast treatment significantly improves the outcome. Call 0451 286 550 as soon as possible and we'll do our best to get to you the same day, subject to availability.
Yes. For widespread contamination — common with older pets that have had multiple accidents over time — we can treat the entire room with enzyme solution and follow up with a full hot water extraction. We use UV light to identify the extent of contamination so no hidden spots are missed.
